Robert began his legal career as a clerk in New Jersey’s Appellate Division and has been practicing law for more than ten years. He established his own firm obtaining favorable results representing business and individuals in New York and New Jersey at all stages of litigation, arbitration and appellate matters. Robert also has extensive experience in transactional matters, representing corporate clients from the startup stage through to the purchase and sale of businesses. His clients have ranged from businesses in the technology sector, hospitality, retail, and commercial real estate, among others. Robert has taught First Amendment and media law, is a past president of the Rutgers School of Law Alumni Association, and served as Editor in Chief of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. Prior to his legal career, Robert worked as a journalist. He has written for the New York Daily News, Newsday and The Record of North Jersey.
