As a partner at MAAA, Peter is primarily engaged in the defense of cases involving premises liability, construction accidents and the New York State Labor Law. He has argued appeals before the Appellate Division and has tried numerous cases to verdict.

In law school, Peter was on the Executive Board of the Pace International Law Review and a member of the National Sports Law Arbitration and Negotiation Team. 

Peter began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Office of the District Attorney, Bronx County. After leaving the District Attorney’s office, he has been practicing in the area of civil litigation. Peter was an associate attorney at MAAA for several years until becoming partner in 2021.
