Nicholas K. Neonakis
Nicholas aggressively pursues insurance property subrogation matters arising out of fire and explosions, product defects, construction defects, and floods against national as well as international companies from inception to trial. He has successfully maximized recovery potential for his clients by his hands-on approach of coordinating and attending joint investigations to ensure that the loss scene, and any evidence is sufficiently documented, inspected and preserved. Nicholas also defends employers in connection with various Wage and Hour claims before state and federal courts and the New York State Labor Department.
Nicholas is a member of the The National Association of Subrogation Professionals and the Hellenic Lawyers Association of New York.
