As an associate attorney at MAAA, Brendan is primarily engaged in cases involving construction accidents.
Upon entering Law School, Brendan received the Lark-Barranco Scholarship which is awarded to two of Brooklyn Law School’s earliest minority graduates who exemplify the rich tradition of diversity. Brendan was also awarded the CALI Award for Fundamentals of Legal Drafting. During Law School, Brendan participated in the Block Judicial Fellowship which gave students the opportunity to work as interns for federal judges.
Brendan began his legal as an intern in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey. Following Law School, Brendan became an Assistant Law Clerk in the New York Supreme Court in the Civil Term of the Bronx.
Prior to coming to MAAA, Brendan participated in various internships and fellowships that granted him thorough experience in the legal filed. Through his position as an Assistant Law Clerk in the New York Supreme Court, Brendan gained extensive experience in civil litigation and issues arising under New York Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR).
