As an associate attorney at MAAA, Amanda is primarily engaged in cases involving employment relations and property damage.
Amanda has an extensive background in education administration. Before pursuing her legal career, Amanda achieved a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and a Master’s Reading Specialist Certification. After completion of her Master’s, Amanda became an Assistant Principal in her home state of West Virginia.
Amanda began her legal career in education at the Education Advocacy Project of Legal Aid Society. From there, Amanda became an Associate Attorney at a firm who primarily represented parents of children with disabilities in obtaining an effective education.
Prior to coming to MAAA, Amanda participated in various aspects of litigation. Through her previous Associate position, Amanda gained extensive experience in litigating through written and oral argument.
